Our bags are produced in small, intentional runs. Due to high demand, some styles sell out quickly, but we do our best to restock our most loved pieces.

How does personalization work?
Each Superbloom bag can be personalized with a monogram or name of your choice. Visit our Personalization page to learn everything you need to know and see all available options.

Can I modify my order after it's been placed?
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but we can’t guarantee adjustments once an order is placed. For assistance, email hello@superbloomlabel.com

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship throughout the U.S.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the U.S., but we're working to bring Superbloom to our international customers soon. If you're located outside the U.S. and you want to place an order, feel free to reach out to hello@superbloomlabel.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days, except for orders that include personalization.
If your order includes our bespoke embroidery service, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for us to craft your personalized item.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer $8 flat rate shipping on all U.S. orders.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be shipped in unused condition in original packaging with the original tag attached.
Prior to returning, please contact hello@superbloomlabel.com to receive return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, email hello@superbloomlabel.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Once authorized, we'll email you a return label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund, which will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
